Criminal Case Process

The Juab County Attorney's Office prosecutors represent the State of Utah in felony cases in District Court, in juvenile cases in Juvenile Court, and in misdemeanor cases in the County Justice Court.

At times the criminal justice system can seem overly complicated, confusing, and unresponsive to victims, witnesses, defendants, and their families.

Our hope is that this section of our website will help answer some of the questions you may have.

The pages in this section contain general information about the court process. If you are a defendant and need specific information about your particular case, please contact your attorney. If you are a crime victim or witness in a criminal case and you need information about a particular case, please call the Juab County Attorney's Office at (435) 623-3460.
